Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with multiple shipping carriers and select the most suitable logistics option based on your destination country and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Please note:

  • Customs clearance may add additional time for international orders.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions.

  • EU customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy (available on our website).


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the shipping method you select. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at nqm@avencoet.com.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Avencoet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at nqm@avencoet.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order. Avencoet is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears to be lost, please contact us at nqm@avencoet.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that Avencoet is not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.


Damaged Items

If your handbag arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Send your email to nqm@avencoet.com and we will assess the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
