Thank you for shopping at Avencoet (avencoet.com). We want you to love your new handbag, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at nqm@avencoet.com. Once your return request is approved, we will email you the correct return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Please do not send any items back before receiving our return confirmation—returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at nqm@avencoet.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders or handbags with custom monogramming).

Gift cards.

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To exercise this right, please contact us at nqm@avencoet.com and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the credit, please contact us at nqm@avencoet.com.
